The Ouray Hot Springs are a 10-minute walk along the Uncompahgre River Walk Trail, which is right behind the lodge. There is nothing like a warm, calm soak with these incredible mountain views.

Please note: Our upper-level guest rooms require climbing approximately 15 stairs, as there is no elevator.

    The location is great. You can enjoy a 20 minute walk along the river into town. It was beautiful and we really enjoyed it! More of a walk not a hike which is a plus! The scenery is amazing. Rooms are great. We had two bedrooms, each with our own TV's. I loved the artwork in the rooms that represented the beauty of this area. The nightly fire pit and provided S'mores fixings was just perfect! We had it all to ourselves. Such a kind and friendly lady running the place!

    Remember the good ole days when corporations didn’t bleed into every hotel and half-ass their hospitality services? This was not like one of those hotels. Staying at Timber Ridge Lodge was like staying at your best friend’s family ski cabin for the weekend. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff exceeded our expectations. Kelli, the front desk clerk, is a gem of a human being. My friends and I would go hang with her in the lobby after a day of ice climbing just to bathe in her exuberant energy. The rooms were clean and well tended to and the shower pressure was immaculate. Will definitely be staying at Timber Ridge Lodge next time we make the trek back over to Ouray.

We appreciate staying at your wonderful hotel and absolutely loved all of your recommendations! This was an amazing experience and a great hotel! We loved that smores were offered every day as a complimentary service! The fire pit was great! The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms were very up to date! The convenience of being on the edge of the town was great! Less noise and great ambiance ! Being able to walk to the river in the back or even do some laundry was a great help! I'd 100 percent recommend this place to anyone!
